At 1Gigs.com, we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund process for both Employers (buyers) and Freelancers (sellers). Please read this policy carefully before using our services.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Project Not Started: If a Freelancer has not begun work after payment is made, a full refund can be requested.
- Non-Delivery of Work: If the Freelancer fails to deliver the project within the agreed timeline and no mutual extension is agreed upon.
- Mutual Agreement: Both parties agree to cancel the project and request a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:
- Work is already delivered and approved by the Employer.
- Employer fails to provide required project details or cooperation.
- Dissatisfaction after project completion due to preference changes rather than failure to meet requirements.
3. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted via support@1gigs.com within 7 days of payment or delivery.
- All refund requests will be reviewed by the 1Gigs.com support team.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Service Fees
Transaction and service fees are non-refundable, as they cover platform and payment processing costs.
5. Final Decision
The 1Gigs.com team reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests after reviewing the case details.
